- If a refund is issued under circumstances other than an error on our part there will be a 10% cancellation fee.

Many variables can impact the condition of these books (including, but not limited to: printing errors, shipping & handling by distribution and carriers, etc). You can expact a grade of 9.0 or higher on all new titles. We have no control over the quality of the printers used in the production of these items."
